Well, our weather has been in the mid-50-60's during the day and about 31-35 at night. My garden is finally done for the season and I have four paper box lids full of tomatoes ripening on my porch. I love all the seasons and I especially love the winter since I'm a January baby, but I have to admit that my asthma doesn't like the cold weather much. Hopefully we will have a few weeks left to cover the green house, fertilize the lawn, pick apples, spread a few tons of manure on the gardens, etc. I've already gotten a jump on the holidays by baking three apple pies and many loaves of banana, zucchini and apple bread. All are safely frozen and awaiting the next few weeks.
