it was a rough day for me actually......I think it's all of the emotions of BK, rainy,cold day....I was sure I wasn't going to get a card from my own mother....(we told her about our BK a few weeks ago.....she was ticked) but I got one yesterday in the mail.....it just wasn't a good day for me to have a birthday~ too many emotions on my sleeve~ oh well....that's how it goes sometimes.

A cold rainy day, a bankruptcy too, on you birthday is probably hard to take, and wondering if Mom will send a card...... yes, lots of things to "dampen" the special day........ but mom came thru for ya......

So smile, say next year will be better, and all this will be over........

Hope you were "good" to yourself on your birthday................... they are like Christmas.......... we are not going to celebrate very many of them..... they are kind of limited..........

A few inches of snow! I actually had to use the scraper and broom to clean my car before work.

Right now it's snowing so hard that you can only see about a quarter mile down the road!

It's definately winter in Buffalo, New York!

Oct. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Buffalo, New York, was blanketed under a record-setting 2 feet of snow, knocking out power to almost a quarter-million residents and prompting local authorities to declare a state of emergency.

Another 5 inches (13 centimeters) are expected to fall through noon local time today, the National Weather Service said.

I'm in the south east and let me tell ya, we just had our first freeze last night. I don't mind that though...can still walk outside in a t-shirt as long as it isn't for too long. But when the 20's hit, thats what I don't like too much.....well, unless theres some snow involved .......I can deal with it then
