When you are at work and they call inform them that you are not allowed to have calls while you are working. Give them another number to reach you (that prepaid cell phone). Hopefully if they have another number to reach you they will leave you alone at work. Good luck, I know it's hard and it's embarrassing.Filed Chapter 13 02/2006 - Confirmed 05/2006 - Discharged 09/2011
I'm not an attorney. My replies are merely suggestions or observations, not legal advice. As always, consult with an attorney before making any decisions.

Now, if I don't ever answer their calls; they could try call my work again? Or will be better if answer or call back?
Because I think there is a big difference between original creditor and the collection agecies right?

I went onto the websites and filled in my flushable cell for home, work and cell. They only have one number and call that one exclusively. The disposable phone also has my name and number on the voicemail so there is no doubt who they are calling.
I have never had anyone trace my home, office or cell number. And I don't answer.First consult: You go now, no CH 7 for you. You spent entire buffet. 13 has a 95 percent payback. (Owwwch) On to next consult....
