341 yesterday, no problems ....(knock on wood)

341 yesterday. The place was packed, and they were running 45 minutes late.

Once up though, done in 3 minutes.

A handful of usual questions. Asked how the home value was arrived at.
I had a fair market analysis done a while back by a buddy who does appraisals. I was a bit worried because prices have ticked up around 20k.

Today on Pacer it says no distribution/no asset.

Looks like if I get through the next 10 biz days, I'm good to go for the 60 day club.

That's great your report showed up already. So Cal Courts are so backed up, there is still not report from TT on Pacer. I've checked a couple of the other cases that he heard that day and they are the same.
