Not necessarily. Often the UST gets interested, or asks questions, before a 341.

I thought I read somewhere that you could go and sit in and watch these 341 hearings ??? Mine is towards the middle of Sept in Santa Barbara CA and it would be nice to see how they go. When I was doing my own divorce a year ago, I sat in on a few divorce hearings to see how my future divorce Judge was going to be like. It did help to see how he ran his Courtroom.

Today is business day 10 for me since my 341! The UST was already involved though before the 341, so hopefully that will be it for the UST.
