Anyone else have their 341 coming up soon?

Ours is Wednesday and I'm really starting to freak out about the "what if's" My anxiety has really been kicking my butt since we started this whole BK process and I will just be SOOOO very relieved once Thursday gets here (because that will mean our 341 will be officially behind us) We haven't heard anything from the trustee (read that some ppl receive a phone call or letter proir to their 341).

Just wondering if anyone else has their 341 this week or coming up soon...

Plz tell me I'll be ok and won't pass out from this ridiculous anxiety I am experiencing

We just had our 341 last Thursday. I was very nervous too! On top of the TT was getting ticked off at a "mill attorney" who was not prepared.

Also, the UST was there for a few of the beginning cases in our hour. When he called us up, we had our driver's licenses and SSN already pulled out. I also had a folder with copies of any documents that he might ask for just in case. Our attorney was very prepared as well.

He asked for our names, addresses, had we read our schedules, did we list all of our debts, did we list all of our assets. Is everything true to our knowledge? That was it. Here is your licenses, SSN and tax return. Thank you and good luck.

Mine is coming up a week from Friday..I'm so nervous, I guess just the not knowing what's going to happen is the worst feeling.. I have such mixed emotions. At times all i want to do is cry, then i come on this site and read story's like Luci's and I realize how strong she is and gives out such great support to others, and knowing if she can make it, we all can.. good luck to you !

I know just how you feel... I go from being SO glad to be finally getting this whole mess over and done with... to just about crying my eyes out It is nice to come here and read about positive experiences from others who have BTDT... it's such a huge relief to know we're not alone.

Thursday 9am. I'm pretty anxious. We're prepared. Luckily thursday is an apprenticeship class day for me, so I don't have to miss work... technically. I'll just go into school late.

We have ours on Wednesday as well at high noon!! Before you know it, it will be all over. Trying not think about the 'what ifs' but that's not working out to well.

Best of luck to you! I'm sure it will be fine. Mine's right around the corner, but I'm sure it will be fine. I bet I'll get as nervous as you a couple of days beforehand though. Just remember. Short, sweet answers and brutal honesty. They're looking for the scam artists.

Sounds like my hubby! He has a way to not only confuse the person he's talking to, but also himself So I reminded him last night that the trustee will be asking yes/no type questions & only elaborate if he's asked to It's hard for him to understand all of this and since I'm the one who handles our finances & also the one who's on the net learning about it all as we go along I'm just a little worried when it comes to questions he's asked specifically Probably worrying for nothing, but once again, it's the "what if's" that are killin me
