Anyone else have their 341 coming up soon?

Hi this is my first post and I have filed for BK today, but wanted to read the posts related to the 341 meetings. I am curious though did any of the creditors show up at your 341 meetings or just the trustee, you and the BK attorney? I am glad to read posts that mentioned the 341 meetings went well. I have heard mixed stories though about them.

Nope, no creditors showed up for our 341 or any of the other 10 cases that we witnessed that morning.

We weren't in an actual court room per say... just a small room in the basement of the federal building with a table and about 15 chairs for the people who were there for their 341 that morning. You do speak in front of everyone there, but it was nice in that our backs were to the others who were waiting so it didn't really "feel" like other people were watching/listening All of the 341's that we saw that morning were over in 2-3 mins. No issues.

I see your 341 went well!!! Congratulations. Any advice or thoughts for the rest of us? I'm busy compiling bank statements, etc. UGH. Cannot wait to be done with this (but I felt the most relief when we actually filed. I have nothing to hide)

Only advice I have is to try not to get yourself worked up about your 341. It's over so fast that you'll be walking out thinking 'this is what I had myself so worked up over?!!'
