    YEAH, I paid for "expert advice and experience" and lost my home BECAUSE of my attorney's stupidity....................

    Believe me, when its' THEIR BUTT on the line, its a whole new ballgame......

      Actually it does matter. The signature page has a part that says you confirm everything that was in the previous papers. And no the attorney can't submit whatever he/she wants to.

        Thanks for the advice and heads up. I think i will have teh attorney amend the sch J since I am uncomfortable with some of the expenses he listed. Now lets see what he says.
