Have you heard of Denny Hecker?

Have any of you guys heard about Denny Hecker? He was a auto
dealer that went to prision for fraud...I pass his empty dealerships
all the time...he is in prison for 50 years...I think...

I just heard on the TV that his girlfriend gets to keep a lot
of stuff that was to go to auction to help pay back the
victims he ripped off..and she continues to live in the
high profile home that denny hecker has...

I am not sure why she is protected...if you ask me, kick her ass
out, and seize the home, and assets, and sell them off...she
has committed fraud herself, so she is not innocent either...

This guy has ripped off so much money through fraud that
no matter how much of his money you find, it will never
repay what he has stolen through fraud...

and we wonder why financial systems are failing all the time....

I want to say this is the same person that took money out of his grand-kids
trust fund, I can not say for sure, there are a couple of cases where some
are now in prision for financial fraud...

he is in jail now, why does he still have money to pay anyone if
he has been convicted of fraud? The govt should stop stalling
or playing games...just strip anything he has, and sell it all off...

I suspect sooner or later she will be kicked, and the house will be
taken..but for now, she gets to remain in the luxury house...I am
sure if it was not for her, the house and assets would have been
seized and sold by now...I am not sure if she will go to jail for
her fraud part or not...maybe they are waiting to see..if she goes
to jail, then I am sure the home will be fair game...but if not, then how
is she paying to live in that expensive home...

regardless, I am sure she is on a clock that is running out of time...

They ripped you off, and she is living on your stolen money...

She is up for jail too; she defrauded a credit union telling them she was a lawyer for a TV station making 190K a year to finance a Land Rover, when she was a salesperson for said station not remotely making that.

Hecker managed to rally his friends into buying his stuff back for 15K and the TT took back many of her possessions but let her keep a 30K dollar guard dog.

I knew someone went to jail for 50 years...

I thought hecker was in prision...its funny when you
commit fraud, the friends you can find that have
money to bail you out, then they do not want
to be put on the news...bad guys helping bad guys...
what good guy would want to help denny hecker?
