rough month

Let's all moan and whine together! LOL

We are living on cash only for 2 months now and are making it work. Finally have a little bit of savings and are pleased with that. But man this month sucks. I need a $200 car repair this week, could use another $500 for tires and brakes but they can last another month.

My biggest problem is coming up with money for things for the kids. It's so hard to not feel guilty, I'd do anything for them. This month alone I need an extra $340 for a school deposit, t-ball, and a water park family pass. I want them to have a good summer, that's not outrageous.

What are you putting off or saving up for?

No kids but at this point if I did have them we'd be living in a tent.
Our dryer is broke. I hang our clothes outside or all over the house if the weather outside is bad (which it's usually is). Our lawn mower died end of summer last year (was no big deal then but pretty soon it will be) AC broke last summer, boyfriends friend came out to fix it told us to order the part and he'd come back to install (he did a temp fix but ac doesn't shut off now so we have to unplug a power whatever it is to shut it off) he never came back and won't return bf's calls. Boyfriend is a mechanic and has done work on this guys car that would of cost him 100's to 1000's for 20-80 dollars. Then the vehicle I used died on way home from work. Needs a fuel pump but getting boyfriend to ever do any work on our vehicles is next to impossible.

I'm ready for next year at this point.
