Yep, fun night for me and the girls(see my avatar)....... sitting on the porch watching the goblins run thru the neighborhood collecting their goodies......

Everybody cracks up when they see the "visitors" doghouse sitting next to the porch with the "light" on waiting on visiting dogs...... lol (extra dog house put to use and has been used)...

Happy Halloween and have a blast with your kids............

    BE SAFE..........

Both kiddos are sleeping.... which means I won't be dealing with fussy tired babies, Yay!

My son is going to be spiderman. I tried to talk him into something else but he would not budge!

My daughter is going to be a puppy dog. So cute... and she's still crawling. Went to a halloween party last week and everyone thought it was hillarious when I let her crawl around the place. Some thought she WAS a dog. (even my friends dog was trying to sniff her "butt"....lol) Hehehe.

        Everyone,

Enjoy your babies tonight. I loved Halloween when my kids were little.

It's freezing butt cold here today and is supposed to rain tonight, so I am counting my blessings that I have no little ones to contend with!

Enjoy the night though. I'll be taking peeks out the window to see all the fun costumes!

                  Speaking of scary....

Do people NOT teach their children not to run out in front of traffic anymore? I nearly hit a little boy going to pick up dinner. He darted right out in front of my car, dressed all in black, and I thought for sure I was going to nail him.

And of course his mother or whoever he was with, was screaming obscenities at ME.....

You need to go 5 miles an hour in a neighborhood on Halloween night.

They get so darn excited on halloween. I know I had to yell at the two boys I had with me (son and a friend) to "wait for us", "stop running", "look both ways", ect. ect. about a million times.

If you are in a residential area on halloween night please drive at a snails pace.

I tell my kids, "see that car? Make sure you run in front of it. And, if you are too tired to run, just walk in the middle of the street really slow." LOL j/k

Actually, my son was pretty good about not running across the street to the next house. It was trying to keep him from trampling through people yards/gardens/bushes that we had to stress to him.

It was a great night here in Southern Illinois! Nice weather to boot! Only went for about an hour and have already ate half of the candy.
