Have you checked to see if your local court has a model plan?
Why are you filing Chap 13 pro se?
LadyInTheRed is in the black!
Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
Definitely do as suggested and see if there is a Model Plan. Then, subscribe to PACER, read the PACER Tips here on BKForum, and then find a couple of Chapter 13s, to look solely at format. Never copy another Chapter 13 Plan. They are so specific to an individual that you can never copy one from another.
Additionally, if you are filing Pro Se, you MUST have a guidebook! If you don't already have NoLo's guidebook, I suggest obtaining the latest version or finding another guidebook.
If you're desperate, again, get a PACER account, but be careful of your searches so that you keep your costs down.
Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10) Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
