Re-affermation question after 341 but before discharge

So I had my 341 last week and it was a breeze, pacer show no distribution and all i need to do is make my last payment. But I have a problem, I think. I lost my job between filing and my 341, my employer shut my store. So I was going to re-affirm my car. But now I am not going to. So I called my car company and they said that they do not do re-affirms. So Do I need to file a new statement of intent to show I am going to surrender the car? Will doing that affect anything?

You do not need to update any paperwork. The Statement of Intentions is your intent. You are still going to be paying. The debt will be discharged as normal.
