Married filing alone (husband refuses) figuring exemptions

If I file for Chapter 7 how do I list my "debtor's interest"?

I would have West Virginia exemptions:

up to $25,000 on residence

We own house jointly.
Value = $122,000
outstanding mortgages = $72,246
Equity = $49,754

Does this mean my share of the equity is half, i.e. $24,773?

Maybe I should go to an attorney again?
