Ok and today is 21 days from the date my objection actually got filed and there is still nothing new on there about it. But my proposed order isn't signed yet either. (sigh.)

Oh. I called the Clerk to ask about the timing and she said it comes out of suspense and available to the judge tomorrow. ::yippee::

My judge must be out fishing. He hasn't signed it yet, or at least there is nothing in PACER yet. Still waiting.

Man im reading this and i feel so bad for you! you were on this forum way before i came along and now im almost done and your still having all this crap to deal with! i wish i knew more so i could be of more help:P

Meh. I don't feel bad, so you shouldn't feel bad. I mean nobody twisted my arm and said YOU MUST OBJECT TO THIS CLAIM. I did it in my own best interest. It's just one of those challenging things, and a learning experience.

If I did a good job of making my point, the judge will sign off on it. If I did a bad job, he won't. Unless he HAS to sign off on it because nobody filed a response to my objection, in which case... SHE SHOOTS! SHE SCORES! YAAAAAAAAY!

But it's just a thang. No big deal. I'm not stressing over it.
