I mailed my Chapter 7 forms and got my case number in the mail

    HI everyone.

thanks to everyone, especially to AngelinaCat and AngelinaCatHub.

The secretary at the clerk's office was very nice on the telephone.

Now I have my case number.

When I complete this process, I will write a long post detailing my experiences so that I can contribute to the forum.

The hardest part so far has actually been filling out the chapter 7 paperwork, not really the acutal questions and figures, but more like the pdf forms not having enough room, and having to make continuation sheets, things like that.

Like for schedule b and c, I just listed in a word document:

continuation sheet to schedule C with my name at the top and a blank space for the case number.

Then the address, and then for example,
    Description of property:

Household goods and furnishings, including audio, video, and computer equipment.
    Couch and 2 chairs

    Specific Law providing each exemption
    OCGA 44-13-100(a)(4)

    value of claimed exemption
    $150

current value of property without deduction exemption
    $150

    and then

sheet ___ of ____ continuation sheets attached to the Schedule Property Claimed as Exempt

    Good luck to all
