I'm not sure on how this works, but boa sent me a insurance bill on my home that i included in ch 7. My bk was discharged in september of 09. I moved out of the house before i filed. Boa just got the stay lifted last month. Now they sent me a bill for insurance on that home. Is this right?

We had the same thing happen w/ GMAC, I called and they were apologetic, please disregard, won't happen again. Apparently the 'dept of keeping tabs on insurance' didn't get the BK memo from the 'dept of why aren't you making payments anymore'
Hopefully BoA will take care of it w/o too much fuss....
