I think I'd give it at least a week past your 60 day mark and then follow up with your attorney. It's possible your district is just behind. That's what happened with mine. I think you would have heard by now if there were any other problems.

'Hub's ex-wife's 60 day mark passed by on December 10. There has so far been no update on her PACER account since Dec. 5, 2012, which was a Motion for Relief From Stay, filed by Springleaf Financial, for her former property. She also has a no-Asset Ch7.
Our district is not automated. And at this time of year, I am sure that they are running behind, and that several people have been in and out on vacations. Interestingly enough, 'J's' trustee and judge are the same ones that 'Hub and I had for our case in 2007."To go bravely forward is to invite a miracle."

Wow..that's kind of (strange) interesting. Neither my husband or I were previously married, nor do we have any children. Could this mean something different?
Thanks.Filed Chapter 13 - 07/20/12
Discharged 8/2/16

It could just be a bad flag, but DOM is used in CM/ECF (PACER) to show that there are Domestic Support Obligations. Typically for Chapter 13 cases where there must be a certification that the DSOs are current in order to be granted a discharge at the end of the plan. What your District may be using it for is as a tickle to ensure that the case doesn't get discharged without checking to make sure there are no DSOs in place at the end of the plan; and to make sure that if there are any, they are current.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
