Wells Fargo Reaffirmation anyone?

Hi All,
First I will say we are NOT reaffirmating our mortgage with WF (thank you despritfreya for your thread). 2nd, without ranting for 2 pages simply put I despise this lender! Absolutely horrible to work with from the president's office right on down.

Here's my question, anyone not reaffirm their mortgage with WF...just wondering what to expect with them? I guess at this point I should expected the unexpected. Just this week I was given the wrong address to mail my payment too, given improper information about my escrow account, and told when my mortgage was current (ummm, it's been current since December 2010) they could reestablish my auto deduct?!? Bottom line I don't trust their business practices, organizational structure, etc. and don't want anything to fall through the cracks.

I did not reaffirm with WF but I have also not paid them since I filed. They did not file for relief of stay and have not contacted me since denying my mod request in August. So I'm just sitting tight hoping I have at least a year to stay and save.
