    When does the break come?

Things with BK seem to have gone without any hitch.. last day for obj. was 3/22, although haven't gotten an update on pacer that were discharged yet.

Hubby found a great new job, and things were really looking up!

On 3/22, he lost his job. They really bamboozled him. He was only there 6 weeks. Hired him to set up a new store (everything they could not do on there own.. advertising, promotions, etc) with the idea that he would run they store (store mgr) when it was up and running.

Day after open house.. he was given a pat on the back and sent packing. They hired someone for much less to run the store.
Didn't even see it coming.. maby we should have.

SO.. I guess its thank goodness we filed when we did. Mabey this is all some "cosmic plan".

I NEVER thought it would come to this, but on unemployment, we may have to stop paying on the house, get out from under it, save up some money and get out of this forsaken state we live in thats been really crappy for us!

    Ughh..just needed to vent!

Scheduled for discharge 3/22/10 (on my 15th wedding anniversary!)

Very sorry to hear all of this!

I assume you did not reaffirm the house?

    What state?

One possible good thing, I guess, is that the future is truly wide open now, and the possibilities as endless as the potential risks. It will turn out okay, it always does, but not always in the way we expect. I don't mean to be glibly philosophical, there just aren't enough words to convey some things.

      Wisconsin,

and we are thinking the exact same thing. Have him take ANY job, not necessarily in his field, and stock up some money for a move to North Carolina by some family.
I guess the feeling that our options are open, especially without debt, is somewhat of a relief.
