    Tiger, I have actually had pleasant conversations with Bank of America's folks on the occasions I answered the phone. GEMB is iffy; I get really nice ones and I got one Morrie style prick. But in the end they are all the same; "I want my money."

    Yeah, I can't blame them. I did sign a contract that is unilateral and can be changed "because we can" but cannot be changed one iota by me. Then again, I never signed a contract with BoA...got stuck with them in the big bank buyout bonanza.

    In the end, they really don't care about your situation. My friends were told to stop paying their mortgage and stop eating and feeding their baby. I was told to borrow from family and "don't you have a 401K?"
    First consult: You go now, no CH 7 for you. You spent entire buffet. 13 has a 95 percent payback. (Owwwch) On to next consult....
