I'm sorry to ask another household size question, but I can't find the answer for the eastern district of NC and I was hoping someone else knows the answer or could point me in the right direction since my search capabilities apparently suck 
My mother just moved in with us. She is unemployed. She has $2500 in her bank account and that is it. We are providing her support. She's hanging onto that money to file for a divorce.
We plan to file at the end of June. In NC, can I count her as part of my household since I will be providing more than half support for her and she will have been in our home for five months.. and has no income.
