Question What banks suck to use when in BK?

My attorney says to not use Bank of America, Wells Fargo or a credit union. I have US Bank but owe them money so I need to change banks. I'm in Nevada.

Anyone have ideas on banks that don't give problems for people under/with a BK?

You might try a small local hometown bank, although small local hometown banks are becoming scarce as hen's teeth.

Big banks are probably bad because they can help themselves to your account if you owe them. Small hometown banks are how I wound up underwater with Bank of America...they bought up all the wonderful small banks I worked with (who happily worked with you. If you are working see if there is a credit union associated with company or occupation.
