    Emergency petition filing...

Under the new bankrupcy laws are the requirements for an emergency petiion filing still the same? That is, all that is required to be submitted by the pro se debtor at the clerk's office in order to file your petition is 1), the filled out voluntary petition itself 2), a creditors matrix and 3), either the full filling fee payment or an installment agreement?...

Can the credit counseling requirement be waived at the time, provided it will taken shortly thereafter?...

This is a question that may not have an answer here-I don't recall anyone posting about an emergency filing since 10/17.

The best source-since you're filing pro se-is to call your bankruptcy court clerk and ask for the minimum requirements. (It may vary from one district to another.)
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
