341 meeting

Trying to figure out how much time I need to take off from work for the 341. How long did you guys stay in the meeting?

I got to our meeting 40 minutes early. Parking had me concerned but it was a non-issue. Also had to pay $6.00 to park. The meeting began at 9:00 am. We were called at about 9:40ish....out the door by 9:55ish. I'm sure every district is different though.

Our 341 is on 8/6. I checked Pacer and our trustee has 84 (yep that's right) set for the afternoon of 8/6 between 1 and 3:00 p.m. We of course, are like no. 82 on the list. That means they expect to spend about 3 to 4 minutes on each case.

I guess you can say our courts are packed!

My 341 was at 9:30 am. I was back in my car (6 blocks away) at 9:59. I was the third one called. The confirmation hearing was also 9:30. I was listed as #18. A couple of attorneys weren't there yet, so I was around the 12th one called. I was out of there by 10:00 am.

We took off the whole day. Ours was about an hour drive, late morning. We got there about 1/2 hour early. We were in the courthouse a little over an hour.

Ours was at 1:00pm and we left in plenty of time because I was concerned about parking. Got there an hour early, we were like 6 or 7th on the list and out of there by 1:20! It felt like we were cattle...shuffled in, shuffled out....
