Means test and Pre-BK counseling

Is it just me or are these basically the same thing?

I just did the means test here http://www.johnfire.com/meanstest/wizard.php

It's identical to the Pre-BK counseling I had to do online from CCCS.

Whats the difference?

Come on now. I know there are several people, probably most of the members here who have taken both the means test and credit counseling. No one can help out here?
