Just asking for good thoughts

OK, after a slew of continuances ( 6 to be exact ) my last ( hopefully) 341 is set for tomorrow at 10:00.

My attorney has not heard anything and he said that we should just show up and see what they say.

He thinks that the US TT will just put me in a 7 with the TT going after some insider payments which I will be more than happy to negotiate.

I filed in DECEMBER of last year and those of you who have followed my case know that there is nothing they have not tried and so far I am still in the ring, standing without a knockdown, just a bit weary but it is the 12th round.

I know, I know dramatic but I do feel like a prizefighter.

I know that I will be able to impart valuable information to others on this forum in the future.

As my attorney told me yesterday " Let's get ready to rumble".

I love him.

Quasi good news according to my attorney. I got a message from him saying that we do not have to show up tomorrow. The US TT has " signed off " on our case.

I am waiting to hear back from him as I have no idea what that means.

There is still a chance that the TT might file some sort of objection and she has until June 11th to do so.

Anyone know what he meant by "signed off" on the case?

Good Lord, I hope this is the last 341 for you (with or without your presence). We just got our date and I'm completely paranoid we're going to have a circus like yours!

Unless you had issues like me most 341's are a breeze.

Thanks, I would have given up a long time ago if I were the TT's in my case.

I just would have been plain tired of looking at my paperwork.

He has charged me for time which I certainly do not have issues with.

I think I am at $6500 or so but he's well worth it.

keep us posted, im also scared something like this will happen to me too, the lawyer said i should be fine but he cant guarantee it, MY BF's income puts me over the median for a 7, but he's only my BF and took me in cause i lost my apt due to a big loss of income....we split everything evenly, and im just hoping the trustee doesn't cause an issue over this.
