There are plenty of examples here of bk lawyers messing up the cases they've filed. But there are a lot of bk lawyers filing suits too.
I've filed pro se and I see that many other's here have too. I know some of those go sideways but they don't seem to get mentioned much.
I think one factor is that us pro se folks tend to take on only straight-forward cases whereas attorneys will get the whole spectrum of complexity. Still, I've read here of lawyers messing up on really simple stuff.
But on the whole, do you think more pro se cases are screwed up by filers or lawyers screwing up their clients' cases?
