Keeping Cars

When you file BK can you only keep one car? with either a 7 Or a 13?
We have one about 4000.00paid off and have one we owe 8500.00 but its list value is 9500.00...Any Ideas what will happen? We are current on payments.

You should be able to keep both as long as you have enough exemptions to cover their values. If you don't, you could always pay off the trustee the unexempt amount to keep the vehicle.
