    341 Tomorrow

    Hey Guys,

I am so nervous for this meeting, I just want to get it over with.
Has anyone done this in Boston before-if so was it easy to find.

Also, I can't find my ssn card-what else should I bring as proof???
    Thanks!!

Did you file with an attorney, or pro se?

If you did, I would call your attorney and ask him/her what you could bring for ID.

I know when we filed, we both realized (DH & I) that we could not locate our SS cards. I went to the SS Administration local office and applied for replacement cards. It was pretty simple (showed a couple forms of ID) and they provided us with letters stating that we had applied for replacement cards. We submitted those letters as "proof" until we had the actual cards.

Our trustee was a stickler about the SS card. If you didn't have it, he wouldn't do the 341. Period. Exclamation.

Luckily, we went and applied for new ones from the SS office and received them with a couple of weeks to spare.

      Good luck!

It depends on where you are located, but the W2 is often a good sub for a SS card.
