I was reviewing the pacer codes and this one popped out at me. Is Presumption of Undue Hardship (Do Not Discharge) applicable to 7 and 13? I am wanting to keep my house, my main concern, and dont want trustee to be able to dismiss me. I am current on the house. Does anyone have an explanation of this type of dismissal?

Pa, I think this has something to do with a reaffirmation agreement, as in "Reaffirmation Hardship". I think you have a reaffirmation agreement that the court doesn't like and isn't going to let you sign. I don't think it's a dismissal, because you'd see the dismissal. It's more of a pend. Do you have an attorney you can ask? If you're pro se, you'll have to appear before the judge on the reaff anyway...Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. (I have no affiliation with Nolo Press; just a happy customer.) Best wishes to you!
