    Use the insurance?

I've been paying for insurance on one or more of my CCs (amounting to hundreds of dollars in charges right there) but my problems have been a big slowdown on my tiny business and I didn't think they would cover it.

One of the CC companies sent me a letter that sounds like it might be covered but that card is only the tip of the iceberg.

I'm wondering if I should go ahead though and see if they'll pay. I'm still very likely to go Ch. 7. I don't want to get accused of fraud. I have stopped all CC charges already.

    Any ideas on this?

    Thank you.

Are you talking about credit insurance, i.e. where you are paying to insure the credit card company against your default, or were you charging your insurance premiums for some policy (premises, auto etc) on a credit card?

      Thanks HHM

It's the insurance the CC companies themselves sell you and bill you so much per dollar of balance. It just pays your minimum balance for a time.
