i understand that texas is an "Non-Judicial" state....however, does anyone have any experience with a foreclosure in texas where the bank has charged or sued for the deficiency between the sale and the mortgage amount???
i looked at the property value in zillow today...which most know sometimes is "good" and other times NOT good. (funny, i worked once with a BANK that actually used their appraised amounts!) scary fact since i saw my own house there and they didn't even have the square footage correct or bedroom and bathroom amounts.
the zillow estimate is down almost 300k from the "purchase" price and the person just lost their job...(a family member)...anyone out there in texas maybe know how foreclosures are handled....property is near forney?????
