We had a house foreclosed on late last year. The house was sold in a Sheriff's sale. In the court records of the documents filed I found this:
"Plaintiff, by Counsel, hereby submits the Following for Filing with the Court - Satisfaction of Judgment."
What does that mean exactly? Anyone?
