BOA apparently started foreclosure- what do i do now?

After 7 months of non-payment.. and a mod. that is supposed to start Nov.1st which we will not do, I received 3 letters from lawyers today saying as of 10/13 BOA has started foreclosure proceedings.
What happens now? I am unclear on the timeframe.

Thanks for any help.. also, how do I look up info.on my case? One of the lawyers provided a case #, I have not heard anything from BOA.
    Filing cpt.7 11/09 341- 1/21/10
    Report of no distribution 1/21/10
Scheduled for discharge 3/22/10 (on my 15th wedding anniversary!)

I would look online for your county's website and use the case # to look it up. ...or call the courthouse clerks office and ask the same thing. I believe WI is a judicial FC state so it will take quite awhile for the process to wind out (months). When you get the summons and complaint, you can either get a lawyer or at least file an answer. The answer is probably due anywhere from 20 to 30 days from receipt.

NOTE: this also points out that banks like BofA and others, while delaying FC's at the latter stages, are not holding up anything at the beginning stage of FC.
