4 months behind with BOA on both mortgages. Sent in Mod. paperwork to see what they can do.
I have only ever gotten correspondance on the 1st mortgage. They say they are going to start proceedings Aug. 5th (whatever that means)
Does the 2nd just go along with it, or is that a whole seperate thing? They are both BOA.

When they say "start proceedings" is that when the clock starts? We are in WIsconsin. Went to look at an apartment just to be prepared and the office said we had a lot of time yet if they were just starting. They have a lot of ppl coming from foreclosed homes.
