After discharge how do creditors contact you?

I was Chap 7 discharged last year. I stopped paying my 2nd in hopes of settling it at some point. I think it was sold to a junk buyer, but I can't get an answer from the mortgage company. I keep getting transfered into someone's voicemail who never calls me back.

Will the junk buyer eventually contact me (are they allowed). Or do they just lurk in the background until they think there may be some equity in the house?

When a mortgage involving one's primary residence is sold or transferred, the person holding the mortgage must be notified within 60 days by both old and new loan service provider, in writing.

    Good luck.
No person in their right mind files a Ch. 13 with lien strip pro se. I have. Therefore, please consider me insane and clinically certifiable when reading my posts, and DO NOT take them as legal advice of any kind.Thank you.
