I noticed the termination of the automatic stay was done today. But, what was weird, it was checked off as no response from the trustee. Not sure what that means. And it doesn't say it was approved or disaproved. There's a spot where I guess he would circle it and then sign. But there's nothing. Kind of odd. I would assume that it would have been granted. I had filed chp 7 and did not include the mtg. I thought at the time I'd try to keep it, but once 341 rolled around I was already behind. I'm hoping that has nothing to do with his not responding. Waiting it out. No wonder my mtg company doesn't return any of my calls!
