Alimony is exempt in Colorado

Alimony is one of my state's exemptions (as in, from garnishment from creditors).

My alimony goes into an account that holds nothing but that.

I'm wondering tho, if the bankruptcy trustee could take what is in there on the day that I file, even tho it is supposedly exempt from creditors? Because my alimony ends in July, I was trying to save as much as I could, but now I'm thinking maybe I need to spend it???????
