Okay, so I mailed off a settlement offer to Zwicker the other day (sent USPS certified return receipt ) and just checked the USPS tracking and this is what it says:

Notice Left, August 16, 2010, 10:07 am, ANDOVER, MA 01810
The attempted delivery was at 10:07 am and they should have been open by then. I just looked up the address I used again and now noticed that the +4 zip code is not correct (the 5 digit part of the zip is correct it's just the +4 that's wrong). I should have checked that on the USPS website before I mailed it but failed to to so. It looks like the +4 zip that I used is to their old address although the street address that I used is the correct one at 80 Minuteman Road. Do you think this letter wound up going to their old address due to the wrong +4 zip? Does the USPS go off off the +4 zip instead of the street address?
