question about delinquent credit card procedure

I paid only 1/2 of a minimum payment to Chase with the promise of sending the other half asap, along with a written explanation. They phoned me when the full payment was 10 days late..in fact they phoned six times in two days. I spoke to them once in the hope doing so would stop the calls for awhile. I explained to the rep I had lost my job nine months ago and now had a serious illness, with surgery in the last week - I gave her that information to point out how disruptive the constant calls are. She said no one would call me for 10 days. Good,I thought, maybe I can get money to them before then. Later that same day (yesterday) Chase cut off online access to the account. So now I can't print statements or even know what I owe since I had gone "paperless" way back when.

What do you think is happening with this account?

YOu are in default. Does not matter what the excuse...if you cannot pay the minimums you are in default. A lot of people got their online access killed when they defaulted. YOu need to get paper statements turned back on.
First consult: You go now, no CH 7 for you. You spent entire buffet. 13 has a 95 percent payback. (Owwwch) On to next consult....
