    Like I stated in an earlier post, either settle on my terms or go get your judgement paper which will have zero value. To get that judgement will require court appearances by the collector because there will be no default by me not showing up. The collectors lawyers I doubt will represent them pro bono. Just filing a law suit in small claims is $300. I am not really concerned how much money the collectors spend for a piece of worthless paper.

      My thoughts too...I live in a state where wages are untouchable. My company went to an optional pay card rather than direct deposit. All other monies are exempt. I own squat. While ultimately I will want them to go away and will file, I can afford to wait for a bit and stockpile the pantry and the emergency fund (and think about going pro se instead.)
      First consult: You go now, no CH 7 for you. You spent entire buffet. 13 has a 95 percent payback. (Owwwch) On to next consult....
