Good for you John!!!... you live in a perfect place. Not everything seems to work out as well for others as it does you. I am glad to hear for you and all the people you know it does.

It is better o take action, in my opinion, then to be a victim and in some cases, a willing victim.

If you notice in thew bankruptcy news, a person took an original creditor or was it a collection agency to court for harrassment. That person was in the UK but the laws are very similar. We just got to think outside the box more often. If we will not allow certain people to treat us bad in certain ways, while is it 'right' for bill collectors to treat us badly?

Right at 8:00 PM each night I would get a call where the party would be there but not say anything. I could hear them breathing. This continued for about a week. If I didn't answer they would call back around 8:20 PM and again at 8:40 PM. One night I "accidentally" discharged a compressed air horn as I answered the phone. The party at the other end said a bunch of really bad words and I've never heard from them again.
