    Judgement Instanter

I am being sued by two credit card companies, actually attornies
The first one I have been making payments to and I get paper work today stating that summary judgment instanter is granted, looked online at the court recoords and it was, which means they win,I called them up and she told me they can put alien on my house even though i am paying them
First question is can I quit claim deed my home to my husband,I am not on the mortgage?after a judgement
I just do not like that our home can be taken from my family for my credit card bills
ALso second company is asset,I am supposed to pay them large payment within 2 days, which I do not have or I will be in default, will they do the same, put a lien or try to force home sale?

I think you might need to be careful of transferring assets if you are "insolvent." In some states a transfer of assets under such a circumstance is illegal.

Generally speaking a judgment creditor can put a lien on your home, but they usually CANNOT sell the home out from under the owner. The lien just sits there until you go to sell your home.

The Quit claim deed would most likely be held as invalid. and as truehugger1 points out, in many states, transferring assets as you are suggesting after a judgment has been entered is likely fraud.
