I had my 341 meeting on 9/24. How long does it usually take for the trustee to update your information if there is no assets to distribute? I hope I worded that correctly. Thanks! I'm on Pacer and there have been no updates.

No news is generally good news. No asset you probably won't hear much until your writ of discharge. Your last communication should be about your 341. 60 days later, then start looking for your "hamster dance". (discharge). 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? I think it just depends on the individual trustee/district, and their own system for updating cases. I saw my notice of no distribution/no asset (can't remember the exact wording) the day after my 341. I have seen others report this weeks later. As ACat said, no news is good news. I know it's hard not to worry at this stage, but try to relax.Comment
