Three items...
First, has anyone filing 7 that was also under the median income ever been flagged as being under the presumption of abuse?
Second, my wife just gave birth after a long high-risk pregnancy. She is out of work to care for our son, but may return to work some time after our bankruptcy. MUST she be looking for work now? If so, what proof is required for that?
Third, I get paid bi-weekly or 26 paychecks a year. This results in 2 paychecks a month with 2 months of the year giving an extra check. We will likely be filing in a period where we don't see one of those extra checks. Truth be told the extra check just gets us caught up from the months without it since those months are at a deficit. Does the trustee look down upon that? Could that trigger a presumption of abuse if I don't file with a month containing an extra check?
