    I also found out that there are no deeds that have my name listed on them, I was mistaken about that. So that is one prob I don't have to worry about, and I'm sorry you all took so much time to help me with that when it really wasn't needed.
    That's ok. Just post the address where we can send the bill.

    Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.

      DM, I am so happy to read that you are not on title to your mother's assets.

      I'm also glad you posted. I have a client who is a trustee of a trust that owns a fractional interest in real estate in Ohio. If he ever sends the documents I requested long ago, I am more prepared to understand what might be in those documents.
