We sometimes overthink and worry too much about the UST. I say that it is what it is. As pointed out... they put all your data into a "program" (or spreadsheet) that lets them know if you're within their tolerable ranges! If you exceed in a category, you only need documentation! It's that simple.

I still need ALL wisdom teeth out...(I don't think so but dds does) - oh and so does spouse :-)
Mine works out to about $811/month for a family of 4. That's not including crowns for the wife, and other items that we don't get 100% coverage for.

    Only $80/week? That's pretty good.

That may raise an eyebrow, but if your DMI is sufficiently low or negative, it's nothing to worry about.

If your attorney is okay with your numbers, it's usually not an issue even if it becomes an issue with the UST. The UST is just trying to make sure there is sufficient documentation to prove that the debtor is deserving or needy... especially in over-the-median income cases.

    Best wishes!

I thought the gas and tolls cost was going to draw a red flag b/c we put $600 a month (gas/tolls/maintenance).

Wow! Well, I think it depends on where you live...I mean I STILL need new brakes, and spouse's car does NEED new tires (not want - NEED) new tires. So do I - basically each time I fill up on gas, I put air in the tires...so if I actually had $$, I'd buy brakes for me, tires for her, and then hopefully eventually tires for me.
