I posted yesterday that at our 341 on Thursday the Trustee indicated that he was going to have our boat re-appraised to be certain that it wasn't undervalued on the professional appraisal that we had done.
Our attorney emailed late yesterday saying that the Trustee officially listed us as a NO ASSET case, and that he strongly believes that the trustee will not be going forward with the 2nd appraisal, came to his senses and realized that there was no use.
SO, we are officially No Asset, that's good right? Now we just wait the 60 days to discharge? Wondering if the trustee would have entered us as no asset if he had ANY intention of re appraising the boat? Not that it matters, it's worth what the 1st appraisal said without a doubt, but would be happy to avoid this step.
