6 months of preparation, filing tonight!

It's been a long 6 months with many meetings with attorneys, gathering all paperwork, paying for appraisals, etc... but it looks like tonight is the night, God willing! I'm just completely exhausted, and although tonights meeting will most likely be long and tiring, we are ready to move forward. Wish us luck!

Thank You. Not sure if I will feel relieved until after the 341, but hopefully our attorney can put our minds at ease tonight. This board has been an invaluable help to me these past few weeks.

FILED! 2 1/2 hour meeting finishing up all paperwork, confirming the schedules, etc... should be emailed the case number this morning. Came home, grabbed our mail, and got a $3700 federal tax refund in the mail the same day we filed. How Ironic. We did list the tax refund as exemptable, we are WAY under our exemptions, and have literally thousands in each category to spare. We are well under the means test. However, the attorney said there is still a chance that we could get the oh so sweet letter from the US Trustee for a motion to dismiss based on abuse, just to drag this process out longer and make us all miserable. If that happens, we'll be ready, will submit anything and everything they ask for.

Now, time to prepare for the 341!
